Under the 2026 THR circular, eligible employees with at least 12 continuous months receive one month’s wage; for at least one but fewer than 12 months, the amount is proportional. Results are rounded to two decimal places, half up. You must determine the correct wage basis; separate rules apply to casual daily workers. This estimate does not determine eligibility, partial months, tax, or any higher contractual entitlement.
